At any time during the meeting, the Planning Commission may meet in executive session for consultation
with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorneyclient matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas
Government Code.
It is the intent of the City that the presiding officer will be in attendance at this location.
Planning Commission Members
A majority of appointive members, other than ex officio, shall constitute a quorum.
Members of the public may provide comment on any agenda item, consistent with procedural rules
governing the Planning Commission meetings and state law. Public comment may also be provided as

1. Submit written comments by email or mail by 4pm the day before the meeting to the case manager
or drop off written comments at 1901 S. Alamo by 10am on the day of the meeting. Please include

8. REQCMRORAEVR24444000584: Requested by Nick Van Delist, P.E. with Moy Tarin
Ramirez Engineers for a tree variance to remove tree stand in excess of the 80% preservation
requirement within the Environmentally Sensitive Areas and floodplain and heritage trees in excess
of the 100% preservation requirement in the floodplain as stated under the 2023 approved Tree
Preservation Ordinance for the CIP CPS Energy Scenic Loop Transmission Line TPP. The project
is generally located at the intersection of Lost Valley Drive and Toutant Beauregard Road and
extends approximately 4.3 miles through the Pecan Creek floodplain to Crow Ranch Road. Staff
