Houston St The River Walk Capital Improvements Advisory Board will hold its regular meeting in the City Tower Large Conference Room 18.W103, 100 W. Houston St beginning at 3 pm. Once convened, the River Walk Capital Improvements Advisory Board will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Public comments may be provided as follows: 1. Submit written comments (up to 300 words maximum) via email by noon on Thursday, April 24, 2025, to Cynthia Martinez, Board Liaison: cynthia.martinez@sanantonio.gov. These comments will be read at the time the agenda item is heard, as requested. Please include your full name, home or work address, and item number (if applicable). General comments unrelated to specific items will be read during the Public Comments section of the agenda. 2. Attend the in-person meeting and sign up to speak by 2:00 PM, before the meeting begins. Each member of the public will have two minutes to speak unless otherwise directed by the Chair. Once a quorum is established, the River Walk Capital Improvements Advisory Board shall consider the following: Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 1. Selection of a Board Chair 2. Approval of the minutes from the River Walk Capital Improvements Advisory Board meeting on April 10, 2024 3. River Walk Capital Improvements Fund Update 4. Briefing on River Walk Strategic Plan Request for Proposal 5. Discussion on a concept of a shade structure at the Arneson Theater 6. Discussion and possible action regarding partial funding of a public elevator on the River Walk adjacent to the Tower Life building. At any time during the meeting, the River Walk Capital Improvements Board may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
