Once convened, the SA Climate Ready Technical and Community Advisory Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda in multiple ways in English or Spanish. To submit comments or sign up to speak, please go to www.sanantonio.gov/agenda and click on the eComment link for instructions. Submit written comments, up to 300 words, along with name and address, by emailing them to sustainability@sanantonio.gov by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Comments will be read into the record during the designated time on the agenda. Only the first 300 words will be read and entered into the record. To provide comment via voicemail, dial (210) 207­​6323. Please include your full name, home or work address, and the agenda item number. Recordings are limited to 2 minutes; voicemails must be received by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting in order for your message to be played during the meeting. Approval of the minutes from the Climate Ready ­ Technical and Community Advisory Committee special meeting on {January 17, 2023.} Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 3. Meeting Norms and Updates from City Attorney’s Office. 4. Presentation from Office of Sustainability on 2021 Greenhouse Gas Inventory Report and Federal Resident Incentives/Rebates. 5. Discussion of Equity Screening Tool ­ Updates from OS and the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility. 6. Presentation and Briefing of Eco­Scholars Program. 7. Status Briefing from the Energy Sub­Committee. 8. Discussion of 2023 priorities and advisory committee re­envisioning. Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Committee may meet in Executive Session to consult with the City Attorney's Office in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
