Houston St., San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 1:00 PM. Once convened, the San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated time. 1. Public Comments 2. Approval of Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes from the September 21, 2022 San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. board meeting. 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and Possible Action on the following items a. Discussion and possible action to approve the extension of the project completion date for 1305 Crystal to July 31, 2023. b. Discussion and possible action to approve a Funding Agreement for the EDI Grant to rehabilitate homes for homeownership and rental. c. Discussion and possible action to approve the return of NSP funds to the City of San Antonio d. Discussion and possible action on a potential Request For Proposal (RFP) for construction of single-family homes 5. Staff Updates a. Operation Rebuild b. Shotgun House Pilot Program c. Project and Property Tracker d. Prototype Pilot Program 6.
