Houston St. San Antonio, Texas 78205 The San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting in the City Tower, 9th Floor, Conference Room 09.W505, 100 W. Houston St., San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 9:30 AM. Once convened, the San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated time. 1. Public Comments 2. Approval of Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes from the January 27, 2023 San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. board meeting. 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and Possible Action on the following items a. Briefing by UTSA’s Building Performance Laboratory on the study of energy efficiency performance between new construction prototype homes, new construction traditional built home, and a rehabilitated home. b. Evaluation of proposals, discussion, and possible action to award funding to project(s) that submitted applications for the construction of affordable single-family homes through a Request for Proposal (RFP). 5.
