Houston St. San Antonio, Texas 78205 The San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting in the City Tower, 9th Floor, Conference Room 09.W505, 100 W. Houston St., San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 9:30 AM. Once convened, the San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated time. 1. Public Comments 2. Approval of Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes from the August 16, 2023, San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. board meeting. 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and Possible Action on the following item: a. Discussion and Possible Action to approve the Fiscal Year 2024 Combined Budget for the Office of Urban Redevelopment San Antonio (OUR SA) and San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. (SAAH). b. Discussion and Possible Action to accept funding in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) from the City of San Antonio, and the approval of a Funding Agreement between the City of San Antonio and San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. (SAAH) for Operation Rebuild Program. c. Discussion and Possible Action to award an infrastructure grant in the amount not to exceed Eighty-Eight Thousand Twenty-Nine Dollars ($88,029) for the prototype homes project. d. Discussion and Possible Action to increase the construction loan by Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) for a total loan amount of One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($185,000) for the prototype home located at 226 San Salvador. e. Discussion and Possible Action to authorize staff to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement for a term of one year with three one-year options for an amount not to exceed Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) annually with Elizabeth Cruz to provide licensed social work services for the Operation Rebuild Program and EDI Posted 9-16-23 6:25 PM  Program. f. Discussion and Possible Action to accept Fifty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Two Dollars ($54,902) from the City of San Antonio for a minor repair grant program within the Government Hill Historic District. 5.
