Commerce St., San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 9:30 AM. Once convened, the San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated time. 1. Public Comments 2. Meeting Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes from the April 17, 2024, San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. board meeting. 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and Possible Action on the following items: a. Discussion and possible action to authorize staff to negotiate Program Agreements and Loan Agreements for the Small-Scale Rental Rehab Program. b. Discussion and possible action to authorize staff to solicit a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the sale of San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. owned vacant lots. 5.
