Meeting Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes for the Office of Urban Redevelopment board meetings on the following dates: a. May 15, 2024 b. July 18, 2024 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and Possible Action on the following items: a. Discussion and Possible Action to approve the Office of Urban Redevelopment San Antonio (OUR SA) and San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. (SAAH) Fiscal Year 2024 Budget. b. Discussion and Possible Action to execute an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for the first of the three one-year options for an amount not to exceed Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) annually with Elizabeth Cruz to provide licensed social work services for the Operation Rebuild Program and EDI Grant Rehabilitation Program. c.
