Commerce St. San Antonio, Texas 78205 The San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting in Municipal Plaza, B Room, 114 W. Commerce St., San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 9:30 AM. Once convened, the San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated time. 1. Public Comments 2. Meeting Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes for the San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. board meeting on January 15, 2025. 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and/or Action a. Discussion and Possible Action to authorize staff to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement for a term of one year with a two-year option for renewals for an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) annually with Baer Engineering, a Lead Consultant Firm to provide Lead Inspection Risk Assessments services for up to 12 homes. b. Discussion and Possible Action to authorize staff to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement for a term of one year with a two-year option for renewals for an amount not to exceed One Hundred & Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) annually with BG Constructor Solutions, a Lead Contractor to provide Lead Abatement Services for up to 12 homes. 5.
