Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and/or Action a. Discussion and possible action regarding the amendment to the contract for the 10 vacant lots on Martin Luther King awarded Terrafirma to extend the contract until June 30, 2026 and reinstate section 9(c) reimbursement payment terms.
