Commerce St., San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 9:30 AM. Once convened, the San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated time. 1. Public Comments 2. Meeting Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes for the San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. board meeting on May 21, 2025. 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide a briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and/or Action a) Discussion and Possible Action to approve the Office of Urban Redevelopment San Antonio (OUR SA) and San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. (SAAH) Fiscal Year 2026 Budget. b) Discussion and approval of On-call Structural Engineer Contract. c) Discussion and Possible Action to execute an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Elizabeth Cruz to provide licensed social work services for the Operation Rebuild Program, effective October 1, 2025 to December 15, 2025. d) Discussion on legal issues related to New Leaf Homes, LLC and status of 115 Gray and 118 Coleman. 5.
