Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation meeting on August 14, 2023. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Annual Election of Officers for the Corporation (Vice President, Secretary). 3. Action to ratify an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Alamo Surety Bonds for the Capacity Building and Bonding Assistance Program. 4. Briefing on the VelocityTX Professional Services Agreement. 5. Action to approve the SAEDC Annual Report. 6. Resolution to approve the SAEDC FY 2025 Budget and authorize the Executive Director to execute a Funding Agreement with the City of San Antonio. 7. Executive Director's Report. At any time during the meeting, the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. 2.
