Once convened, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation meeting on May 9, 2023 Public Comments Consent Agenda 2. ​​Board action to authorize Pre­K 4 SA staff to amend the agreement with Teachstone Training, LLC. for a no cost extension through November 30, 2024. Board approval to execute an amendment with Teaching Strategies, extending the term of the agreement to June 30, 2024 and increasing the total value of the contract to a total of $313,397.50. Board approval to execute a Professional Services Agreement with the Miss Tristan Foundation, for a term to commence upon execution of the agreement through June 30, 2024 and for a total contract value not to exceed $225,000.00. Board action to accept funds from the Beldon Family Foundation in an amount of $150,000.00 for continuation of the "Teachers 4 Toddlers Program (T4T Program).
