Briefing and Board approval to negotiate and execute a contract with Bridgecare Finance Inc., to provide a complete cloud­based Student Information System (SIS) for Pre­K 4 SA to begin the date upon which the contract is fully executed. The contract shall terminate on October 31, 2024. The corporation may renew for five (5) additional one­year period(s) for a total contract value not to exceed $636,874.00.
