Briefing and Board action to extend the current KickUp agreement, which was executed on September 14, 2021 ending on September 13, 2024 with an original cost of $123,387.00 to September 13, 2025 with a new total amount not to exceed $176,707.00 to continue to streamline and enhance professional learning for educators citywide. Board approval to authorize Pre­K 4 SA CEO to negotiate and execute an amendment to the contract with the San Antonio Food Bank to increase contract capacity by $1,5000,000 bringing the total not­to­exceed contract value to $21,185,763.00 [Paul Chapman, Pre­K 4 SA COO] 7. This item includes a briefing and board approval to authorize Pre­K 4 SA CEO to negotiate and execute an amendment to the contract with Westat Inc. to increase contract capacity for the remaining two years by $848,000.00 bringing the total not­to­exceed contract value to $4,685,361.00.
