Once convened, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation meeting on September 10, 2024. Public Comments Consent Agenda 2. Briefing and Board action to approve a contract with Education Service Center, Region 20 to provide Ascender Software and Hosting Services for Pre­K 4 SA to begin on September 1, 2024, or the date upon which the contract is fully executed, whichever is later. Board ratification of purchases and payments for catering services for the Family Reunion event in the amount of $64,750. CEO Update to include program updates on Enrollment Calendar, Enterprise Update, Finances, New Hires, New South Build, Program Outreach [Sarah Baray, Ph.D., PreK 4 SA CEO] 5. Briefing and Board consideration of the public school districts, public schools, and privates schools  provide Ascender Software and Hosting Services for Pre­K 4 SA to begin on September 1, 2024, or the date upon which the contract is fully executed, whichever is later.
