Briefing and Board discussion of the ongoing San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation financial audit engagement by Garza/Gonzalez & Associates for the 2024 fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2023 and ending on June 30, 2024. This item seeks Board after the fact approval of payments for services rendered by Dynamic System Inc. from 12/05/2023 to 11/21/2024 that exceeds $50,000 for a combined total of $77,486.02. Funding is available from the Pre­K 4 SA FY 25 Adopted Budget.
