Once convened, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation Board of Directors Meeting shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation meeting on April 8, 2025 Public Comments Consent Agenda 2. Approving a professional services agreement with Teachstone Training, LLC for a three- year term with two additional one-year term renewal options and a total amount not to exceed $250,000. Board action approving the purchase of insurance policies for coverage at all Pre-K 4 SA Centers with a total premium of approximately $180,000.00 annually through July 1, 2029 for a total amount not to exceed $720,000.00; the City of San Antonio provides coverage  meeting the Workers' Compensation requirement. Amending the Integration Agreement with KickUp, Inc. to extend contract term for one additional year and increase value by $60,000.00, for a total contract value not to exceed $236,707.00. Authorizing the Pre-K 4 SA CEO to negotiate and execute a five-year contract with the Miss Tristan Foundation, if recommended by the evaluation committee, for a total contract value not to exceed $1,200,000 over a five-year term to commence upon execution of the contract through June 30, 2030. Discussion and adoption of the Pre-K 4 SA Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Operating Budget and approving the appropriation of funds and personnel complement [Sarah Baray, Ph.D., Pre-K 4 SA CEO]. 9. Authorizing the Pre-K 4 SA CEO to negotiate, finalize, and execute a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding between Pre-K 4 SA and Port SA to explore the feasibility of designing and building a childcare facility at Port SA. Approving of the SA Ready to Work (RTW) Fiscal Year 2026 Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending on June 30, 2026, in the amount of $42,936,292.00, and the associated personnel complement.
