Once convened, the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation meeting on June 10, 2025. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. CEO update to include program updates on enrollment, new South Center, and other operational updates. Approving the execution of an Independent Audit Services Contract for San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation for fiscal years 2025 through 2027, with two possible one-year extensions for fiscal years 2028 and 2029, and for a total contract value not to exceed $417,500. Authorizing the negotiation and approving the execution of a contract with a selected vendor to provide professional landscape services for an initial term of three years, with two, one-year options to renew for a total contract value not to exceed $475,000.[Paul Chapman, Pre-K 4 SA COO] 5. Approving the revival and an amendment to the Assessment Intervention Management (AIM) contract for the school year 2024-2025 to add $64,291 for a total contract amount of $114,290.
