City of San Antonio AGENDA Ad Hoc Executive Search Committee of the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees Central Library, 600 Thursday, July 11, 2024 4:30 PM Soledad, Auditorium, San Antonio, Texas 78205 The Ad Hoc Executive Search Committee of the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting in the Central Library, 600 Soledad, Auditorium, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 4:30 PM. Once convened, the Ad Hoc Executive Search Committee of the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Presiding Trustee will be physically present at the location of the meeting that is open to the public during the open portions of the meeting. The Ad Hoc Executive Search Committee of the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees shall consider the following: Roll Call Silent Meditation Briefing and Discussion on the following items 1. At any time during the meeting, the Ad Hoc Executive Search Committee of the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees may meet in executive session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. EXECUTIVE SESSION At any time during the meeting, the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees may recess into executive session to consult with the City Attorney's Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following: a. Personnel Matters: Discussion regarding the recruitment of the Library Director pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (personnel matters).  At any time during the meeting, the Ad Hoc Executive Search Committee of the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees may meet in executive session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
