Once convened, the Ad Hoc Executive Search Committee of the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Presiding Trustee will be physically present at the location of the meeting that is open to the public during the open portions of the meeting. Once a quorum is established, the Ad Hoc Executive Search Committee of the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees Ad Hoc Executive Search Committee shall consider the following: Briefing and Discussion on the following items 1. Discuss the recruitment for Library Director for the San Antonio Public Library. Information. [Judy Cruz, Committee Chair] (30 min.) At any time during the meeting, the Ad Hoc Executive Search Committee of the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees may meet in executive session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. a. Personnel Matters: Discussion regarding the recruitment of the Library Director pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (personnel matters).
