Once convened, the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Presiding Trustee will be physically present at the location of the meeting that is open to the public during the open portions of the meeting. Once a quorum is established, the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees shall consider the following: Roll Call Silent Meditation Discussion and Possible Action on the following item 1. Appointment of Sukrit Goswami as Library Director of the San Antonio Public Library. Action. [Juspreet Kaur, Chair] (10 min.) Executive Session a. Personnel Matters: Discussion regarding the recruitment and appointment of the Library Director pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (personnel matters). At any time during the meeting, the San Antonio Public Library Board of Trustees may meet in executive session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
