The Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Committee Meeting will hold its
regular meeting at City Tower, 100 W. Houston St., 18th Floor, San Antonio, TX 78205 beginning at
10:00 AM. Once a quorum is established, the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy
(SBEDA) Committee Meeting shall consider the following:
Approval of Minutes
1. Approval of the minutes from the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA)
Committee meeting on December 17, 2021.
Public Comments
2. Individuals may sign up for live public comment the day of the meeting. Those unable to attend
the meeting may participate by submitting written comment via email or voice message until 5:00
PM on the day before the meeting. Comments may be provided in English or Spanish and
interpretation services will be provided with advanced notice. Email comments of up to 300 words
to SmallBizInfo@sanantonio.gov. Voicemail comments can be left at (210) 2073957. Voice
messages will be limited to 300 words transcribed. Comments that do not pertain to the agenda
items sent by email or left on voicemail will not be presented to Commission.
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
3. Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Program Annual Report for Fiscal
Year 2021.
4. Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Application to the 20222027 Bond
interpretation services will be provided with advanced notice. Email comments of up to 300 words

Economic Development Department (EDD) Staff Updates
At any time during the regular meeting, the Committee may meet in Executive Session for consultation
concerning Attorneyclient matters on items listed on this Agenda under Chapter 551.071 of the Texas
Government Code. Additionally, under the Texas Government Code Section 551.072, a government
body may at any time during this meeting conduct an Executive Session to deliberate the purchase,
exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental
effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third party or for economic
development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic
development).
