Houston St., 18th Floor, San Antonio, TX 78205 beginning at 10:00 AM. Once a quorum is established, the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Committee Meeting shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Committee meeting on December 17, 2021. Public Comments 2. Individuals may sign up for live public comment the day of the meeting. Those unable to attend the meeting may participate by submitting written comment via email or voice message until 5:00 PM on the day before the meeting. Comments may be provided in English or Spanish and interpretation services will be provided with advanced notice. Email comments of up to 300 words to SmallBizInfo@sanantonio.gov. Comments that do not pertain to the agenda items sent by email or left on voicemail will not be presented to Commission. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 3. Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Application to the 2022­2027 Bond  interpretation services will be provided with advanced notice. Additionally, under the Texas Government Code Section 551.072, a government body may at any time during this meeting conduct an Executive Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third party or for economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development).
