Houston St. The Small Business Economic Development Advocacy Committee will hold its regular meeting at the Large Concourse Room B, City Tower, 100 W. Houston St. beginning at 10:00 AM. Once a quorum is established, the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy Committee shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Committee meeting on January 12, 2024.
