Once a quorum is established, the Small Business Advisory Commission Meeting shall consider the following: A. Call to Order B. Public Comment Individuals may sign up for live public comment the day of the meeting. Those unable to attend the meeting may participate by submitting written comment via email or voice message until 5:00 PM on the day before the meeting. Comments may be provided in English or Spanish and interpretation services will be provided with advanced notice. Email comments of up to 300 words to SmallBizInfo@sanantonio.gov. Discussion and action to approve the meeting minutes from the following Small Business Advisory Commission Meetings: November 17, 2021; November 29, 2021; December 4, 2021; December 20, 2021; January 11, 2022; and January 24, 2022. D. Individual Items 2. Briefing and discussion on the approved spending framework for the allocation of Local Fiscal Recovery Funds received under the American Rescue Plan Act and reallocation of funds from the Recovery and Resiliency Program.  Voice messages will be limited to 300 words transcribed.
