Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 06 ­ Mission Del Lago will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Public Comments 1. Members of the public can sign up to speak for, against, or on any item on the agenda. Approval of Minutes 2. Approval of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #06 – Mission Del Lago Meeting Minutes from the December 13, 2023 Board Meeting. Financial Report 3. The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Mission Del Lago TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Resolution authorizing the execution of amendments to the Development Agreement and the Interlocal Agreement consistent with the direction from the City and Bexar County. 5. Resolution accepting the request from Southside Independent School District to exit and cease further participation in the Mission Del Lago TIRZ. Staff Updates 3.
