Authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement with the San Antonio Housing Trust Public Facility Corporation in an amount up to $2,916,000.00 for the acquisition of approximately 8.6 acres of land at Eisenhauer Road at Midcrown located in Council District 2. 5. Authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement in an amount up to $234,495.00 with Forward Progress Arts & Entertainment Center, Inc. for the Eastside Youth Content Creators Project for Summer 2024 to be held within Council District 2 and the Inner City TIRZ boundaries. 6. Authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Chapter 380 Economic Development Loan Agreement in an amount up to $300,000.00 with Gardopia Gardens for the Gardopia Gardens Facilities Project located at 615 and 619 North New Braunfels in Council District 2 and within the Inner City TIRZ.
