The Financial Management Division will present on the financial status of the Inner City TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Approving an amendment to the Chapter 380 Economic Development Grant Agreement for the Midcrown Project within the Inner City TIRZ to reallocate unused grant funds from the original agreement for public engagement, design, environmental remediation, and security/barrier enhancements benefiting the project site. 5. Briefing on proposed TIRZ amendments for the Inner City TIRZ: a Remove 12 parcels; and b. Extend term to 2060.
