Approval of the Minutes from the July 29, 2025, meeting of the Inner City TIRZ Board of Directors. Financial Report 3. The Financial Management Division will present on the financial status of the Inner City TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement in an amount up to $200,000 to fund eligible costs of the operations of the San Antonio Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission. 5. Authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement in an amount up to $300,000 to conduct a study to determine the feasibility of a secondary Animal Care Services campus. 6. Authorizing the negotiation and execution of an agreement in an amount up to $150,000 to create a Pet Deposit Assistance Pilot Program to assist residents adopting pets from the City's Animal Care Services. This Pilot Program would be limited to locations within the boundaries of the Inner City TIRZ. 7.
