Houston St. San Antonio, TX 78205 ­ B Conference Room in Concourse Level beginning at 2:00 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 17 ­ Mission Creek Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Public Comments 1. Members of the public can sign up to make public comments for, against, or on any item on the agenda. Financial Report 2. Finance Management Division will provide a briefing on the current financial position of the TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 3. Resolution authorizing payment of interest to the Developer in the amount of $89,637.29 for  CPPR#1, $345,832.88 for CPPR #2, and $740,382.16 for CPPR #3, for a total of $1,175,852.33. Staff Updates Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 17 ­ Mission Creek Board of Directors may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
