The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Westside TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Resolution approving a new project completion date for the Say Si Westside Campus Project located at 1310 S. Brazos in Council District #5 and within the Westside TIRZ. 5. Resolution approving the transfer of incremental property tax revenue from properties transferred or sold as a result of the Comprehensive Development Agreement by and between the City of San Antonio, Weston Urban LLC and Frost Bank into the City Tower Fund, consistent with the adopted budget, for the purpose of funding the City Tower Renovation Project. 6. Briefing by the San Antonio River Authority and the City's Public Works Department on Westside Creek Improvements. 7. Resolution approving an amendment to the Tampico Apartments Project Development Agreement previously approved by the Westside TIRZ Board of Directors in June 2020. 8.
