Approval of the Minutes from the November 26, 2024 meeting of the Westside TIRZ Board of Directors. Financial Report 3. The Financial Management Division will present on the financial status of the Westside TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Approving the funding of an agreement between the City's Economic Development Department and Prosper West (formerly Westside Development Corporation) in an amount up to $250,000 for one year for eligible costs for the operations of Prosper West with the option for a one-year renewal for an additional $250,000. 5. Authorizing an amendment to the YWCA San Antonio Women's Live and Learn Center Project Development Agreement to allow for full reimbursement of the remaining balance to the Developer in FY2026.
