Resolution concerning consent to the Assignment of the Development Agreement for the Borden Park Project from Borden River Road, LP to Borden River Road Owner, LLC. 5. Resolution authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Development Agreement with Oxbow Real Estate, LLC in an amount up to $6,810,000.00 plus interest and fees for public improvements in and around the Pearl Brewery District. 6. Resolution authorizing the negotiation and execution of an amendment to the Funding Agreement for the San Antonio Botanical Garden in an amount up to $1,355,000.00 for the renovations to the Lucile Halsell Conservatory at the Botanical Garden. 7. Resolution approving additional funding in an amount up to $100,000 for the Phase 1 Traffic Study for Brackenridge Park previously approved by the Midtown TIRZ Board on December 13, 2022.
