Approval of the Minutes from the June 21, 2024 meeting of the Midtown TIRZ Board of Directors. Financial Report 3. The Financial Management Division will present on the financial status of the Midtown TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Resolution authorizing a 10­year 40% tax abatement agreement between Bexar County and Oxbow Development Group for the real and personal property investments for Isleta LLC at 102 E. Josephine Street and Quincy Residential, LLC at 1200 E. Elmira Street Projects located in City Council District 1 and within the boundaries of the Midtown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number 31. 5. Resolution authorizing the negotiation and funding of a development agreement with the Brackenridge Park Conservancy for up to $7,500,000.00 for various capital projects and operations in Brackenridge Park. Staff Updates Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 31 Midtown may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters related to the above referenced Agenda Items under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.  Brackenridge Park Conservancy for up to $7,500,000.00 for various capital projects and operations in Brackenridge Park.
