City of San Antonio AGENDA Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 38 Somerset Grove Municipal Plaza B Room, Monday, September 16, 2024 1:00 PM 105 Main Plaza, San Antonio, Texas 78205 The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 38 Somerset Grove will hold its regular meeting in the Municipal Plaza B Room, 105 Main Plaza, San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 1:00 PM. Once convened, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 38 Somerset Grove will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Public Comments 1. Members of the public must register in person (fill out provided sign in sheet) prior to the posted meeting time to speak for, against, or on any item on the agenda. Individuals are given three (3) minutes to speak, and groups are given nine (9) minutes to address the Board. Approval of Minutes 2. Approval of the Minutes from the December 6, 2023 meeting of the Somerset Grove TIRZ Board of Directors. Financial Report 3. The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Somerset Grove TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Resolution authorizing payment of Invoice #3 to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, LTD, for a total amount up to $2,918,906.91 from future increment for allowable reimbursable expenses within the approved Development Agreement.
