The Financial Management Division will present on the current financial status of the Houston Street TIRZ. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 4. Consideration of the following items relating to the Grant Kress Building Rehabilitation Project for the San Antonio African American Community Archive and Museum: a. Approving the Assignment for the Grant Kress Building Rehabilitation Project Development Agreement to the San Antonio African American Community Archive and Museum. b. Approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Loan Agreement with the San Antonio African American Community Archive and Museum for the Grant Kress Building Project in the amount of $5,350,000 from the Houston Street TIRZ. c. Approving an amended and restated Grant Kress Rehabilitation Project Development Agreement with the San Antonio African American Community Archive and Museum in the new amount of $900,000 from the Houston Street TIRZ. 5. Consideration of funding and associated agreement for the lighting improvements and decorations on Houston Street for an amount not to exceed $241,681. Funding for this agreement is available through the City’s Tax increment in the Houston Street TIRZ. 6. Approving an amendment to a funding agreement between City of San Antonio, Houston Street TIRZ, and Centro San Antonio for an amount not to exceed $100,000 to Centro’s Art Everywhere Initiative. Funding for this amendment is available through the City’s Tax increment in the Houston Street TIRZ. 7. Approving a Funding Agreement between City of San Antonio, Houston Street TIRZ, and Centro San Antonio for an amount not to exceed $100,000 for activation initiatives in downtown San Antonio. Funding for this agreement is available through the City’s Tax increment in the Houston Street TIRZ. 8. Execution of a Funding Agreement between Bexar County, Houston Street TIRZ, and Centro San Antonio for an amount not to exceed $250,000 for art and activation initiatives in downtown San Antonio. Funding for this agreement is available through Bexar County’s tax increment in the Houston Street TIRZ. 9. Approving a Funding Agreement between the City of San Antonio, Houston Street TIRZ, and Artpace for $350,000 for the Rooftop Renovation project. Funding for this agreement is available through the tax increment in the Houston Street TIRZ of which $175,000 is from the City and $175,000 is from Bexar County. 10. Approving the Second Amendment to the 114 Main Plaza Renovation Project Development Agreement for new commencement and completion dates.  Antonio.
