The Transportation and Infrastructure Committee will hold its regular meeting in the Council Briefing
Room, City Hall beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened, the Transportation and Infrastructure
Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. To sign up to speak visit

Once a quorum is established, the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee shall consider the

2. Briefing on the status of FY 2024 Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program initiatives. [John

3. Briefing and possible action on the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) update to the
Transportation Committee on feedback received by the Transportation Advisory Board (TAB)
regarding the City Council Consideration Request (CCR) asking for a Just Transition from Horse
Drawn Carriages, background on current horsedrawn carriages operations, and a tentative
timeline to address the CCR. [María Villagómez, Deputy City Manager; William P. McManus,

Adjournment
At any time during the meeting, the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee may meet in executive
session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter
551 of the Texas Government Code.
