The City Commission on Veterans Affairs (VAC) will hold its regular meeting in the Hardberger Park
Urban Ecology Center Classroom (8400 NW Military Hwy, 78231) beginning at 6:30 PM. Once
convened, the City Commission on Veterans Affairs (VAC) will take up the following items no sooner
than the designated times.
Once a quorum is established, the City Commission on Veterans Affairs (VAC) shall consider the
following:
Pledge of Allegiance
Approval of minutes from the meeting on May 16, 2022.

At any time during the meeting, the City Commission on Veterans Affairs (VAC) may meet in executive
session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter
551 of the Texas Government Code.
