At any time during the meeting, the Board of adjustment Meeting may meet in executive session

structure to be 3’ 3” from the side property line, 3) a 2’ 5” variance from the minimum 5’ side
setback requirement to allow a carport to be 2’ 7” from the side property line, and 4) a 12’ 10”
variance (with 5’ credit from the alley) from the minimum 20’ rear setback requirement to allow a
