Enforcement/Transportation)
Recommendation: Accept staff’s report on potential changes the North San José Area
Development Policy to advance residential development.

Recommendation: Accept staff’s update on the Urban Design Guidelines, including the

Recommendation: Accept report and forward a recommendation to the full City Council to
extend the agreement with San Jose State University (SJSU) through
