CC 18-380 History San Jose Operations and Maintenance Agreement (Office of Cultural Affairs) Recommendation: Accept report and forward to the full City Council to be heard at the December 18 City Council meeting, a recommendation to adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a five-year agreement with History San Jose (HSJ), from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2024, for the operations and maintenance of the City-owned historical facilities within History Park at Kelly Park and the Peralta Adobe - Fallon House Historic Site, as well as management of the City’s historic collections for an annual amount of $825,000 plus an annual adjustment according to the consumer price index, subject to annual appropriations as approved by City Council.
