2. CC 19-122 Mobile Vendor Policy Update
Recommendation: Accept a report concerning an update of City-wide mobile vendor
policies to align with California Senate Bill 946, including draft revisions
to Chapter 6.54 (Peddler Permit Ordinance) of the San Jose Municipal
Code and provide direction to City staff for any further action. (City
