City of San José and the Santa Clara County Health Officer’s March 16, 2020 Shelter in Place Order, the

Recommendation: Accept the verbal brief summary of recent announcements, significant
accomplishments, and upcoming events related to economic
development and economic recovery.

Recommendation: Accept a report on San Jose’s manufacturing real estate landscape,
which presents findings on the City’s manufacturing sector, information
on the City’s industrial real estate market, and recommendations for
maintaining and modernizing the City’s industrial real estate stock.
