Recommendation: Drop the following item from the October 25, 2021 Community and
Economic Development Committee meeting per Approval at the
October 20, 2021 Joint Meeting for the Rules and Open Government
Committee (Agenda Item: H.1.a.).
Electronic Billboards on City-Owned Property Phase 1 Status Report.
(Economic Development and Cultural Affairs/Planning, Building and
Code Enforcement)
Purpose: Provide a Phase 1 status report on electronic billboards on
City-owned property.

Report and Work Plan
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Community and Economic Development
Committee (CED Committee) approve the Housing and Community
Development Commission’s FY 2020-21 Annual Accomplishments
Report and consider and approve its FY 2021-22 Workplan.

Recommendation: Accept the verbal report on recent announcements, significant
