direct the City Clerk to ensure it is publicly noticed.

City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of
funds.
2. Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses

Council meeting so that the City's Legislative Representatives have
direction to advocate for AB 705. (Jimenez)

4. ROGC Freight Rail Right of Way Quiet Zones. (Mayor, Peralez, Jimenez,

Recommendation: Direct the City Manager to:
1. Commence studying a federally-mandated Quiet Zone on Union
Pacific Railroad (UPRR) Warm Springs Subdivision and explore
funding strategies including partnering with our federal and state
delegations to find collaborative opportunities; and
2. Explore opportunities for Rail-To-Trail (RTT) conversions in
keeping with the General Plan update.
