(Diep) Recommendation: 1. Approve the District 4 Office Hours scheduled on April 6, 2019 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds. 2. Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event. 3. Place the item on the April 9, 2019 Council Agenda for action. Recommend this item be agendized for the April 9, 2019 City Council meeting so that the City's Legislative Representatives have direction to advocate for AB 705.
