(Davis) Recommendation: Approve a request to agendize for City Council deliberation on November 19, 2019, to approve a $3,000 grant to the Willow Glen Middle and High School Foundation for their annual fundraising event, Tasting and Auction 2019, to support student academic achievement and cultural enrichment.
