ROGC Bay Area News Group’s (BANG) Public Records Act Request. 20-077 (Mayor) Recommendation: Direct the City Manager and Chief of Police to return to next week’s Rules Committee to inform the Committee about the status of the City’s release of SJPD records pursuant to SB 1421, and what obstacles need to be removed to expedite the release of those records.
