(Carrasco) 21-588 Recommendation: Forward to City Council by the end of June 2021 a recommendation to accept the “Community Priorities for the Alum Rock Corridor” report, prepared by graduate students at San Jose State University’s Department of Urban and Regional Planning, as a report that lists community-identified priorities that can guide community leaders, City staff, and elected officials in further discussions about future development along the Alum Rock Avenue corridor.
