Recommendation: 1. Review the implementation of the Education and Digital Literacy
Strategy and accept the staff report on completed programs and pilot
efforts;
2. Review and provide feedback regarding program plans for Fiscal
Year 2019-2020; and
3. Direct staff to return to the Neighborhood Services and Education
Committee in 2019-2020 to report on annual progress implementing the
Education and Digital Literacy Strategy.

opportunities and potential strategies to provide additional assistance.
