(Library) [Deferred from November 14, 2019] Recommendation: (a) Review and accept the staff report on the San José Learns program; (b) Review and provide feedback regarding program plans for Fiscal Year 2019-2020; (c) Direct staff to return to the Neighborhood Services and Education Committee annually to report on progress implementing San José Learns. (Office of Economic Development) Recommendation: Accept the verbal report on the City's efforts to ensure every resident is counted in the upcoming 2020 Federal Census. Attachments Presentation 3.
